Alicia Clark put everything on the line to save Victor Strand from dying in the burning Tower on Sunday’s episode of Fear The Walking Dead on AMC.
When Alicia initially found Victor she pulled her gun out and Victor thought she was going to kill him.
‘I deserve everything that you do to me,’ Victor Strand (Coleman Domingo) said.

‘It’s not for you,’ Alicia (Alycia Jasmin Debnam-Carey), who was hallucinating from a fever, said. ‘It’s for me.’
Alicia put the gun to head, determined to kill herself, before she turned into a walker.
‘I’m sorry,’ Alicia said crying.



Not the case: When Alicia initially found Victor Strand (Coleman Domingo) she pulled her gun out and Victor thought she was going to kill him

As she struggled to pull the trigger, Alicia saw a bird trapped in the building and decided she had to do one last good deed and needed to save the bird.
She put the gun down and walked to the window. The bird sat on Alicia’s hand. After the window was smashed, she lifted up the bird and it flew out.
Victor told Alicia that they need to get out of the Tower.
‘I’m sorry I wanted to give you everything,’ Victor said.

‘I have to save Strand,’ Alicia realized.
‘They will never take me with you,’ Victor said.

‘So you can do what I don’t have time left to do,’ Alicia said. ‘You can find a place for everyone to be safe.’
Alicia passed out.

The episode Anima opened with Alicia drifting in and out of consciousness being taken from the Tower on a stretcher after it was engulfed in flames. She woke up on a beach where everyone was working frantically to prepare rafts for an escape.
‘Why are we prepping the rafts?’ Alicia asked.

Wanting solitude: When they got to the tunnel, Alicia told the others that they should go back to the rafts
‘She must have gone back to the Tower,’ Alicia said. ‘I have to go back.’

Alicia passed out. When she woke up, she followed the girl and bird into Victor’s apartment.

‘I think Padre is real,’ Morgan said. ‘I think we might actually have someplace to go’

Looking to the future: Her younger self appeared next to her and Alicia told the girl that she felt like herself. Alicia walked off and said she was going to find the people who heard her message and make sure they had a safe place to go

Alycia Debnam-Carey revealed after the episode on her Instagram that she would be leaving the show after seven seasons.
