(Reuters) – Finnish President Sauli Niinisto told Russian President Vladimir Putin by phone of Helsinki’s plans to join NATO, Interfax news agency quoted Bloomberg as saying on Saturday.
Russia has said Finland’s entry into NATO is a threat and will respond to it, but has not specified how. Read more
