Police are on the lookout for a person who dedicated a housebreaking on Crinan St round 6.30pm on Sunday.

Police are on the lookout for witnesses to a housebreaking that came about on Crinan Avenue, Invercargill on Sunday night.

Police stated in an announcement that at round 6:30 p.m., a person walked right into a dairy manufacturing unit on the road and demanded cash from the store employee.

The person escaped on foot, heading east towards Good Avenue with cash, baggage of tobacco, and cigarettes.

“The store employee was shaken severely, however he was not harm,” the assertion stated.

The thief has not but been discovered and the police wish to hear from anybody who may know data that might assist.
