It all comes into this.

The Rangers and Hurricanes will play to keep their seasons—and chase the Stanley Cup—alive Monday night (8 p.m. ET, ESPN, SN, TVAS) at the PNC Arena in Raleigh for Game 7 of the second round of the Eastern Conference.

The winner would go on to face the two-time Cup champion Lightning, while the loser could start achieving tee times to begin their off-season training programs.

For both teams, it was the second game in the seventh season of the 2022 seasons: Carolina edged out the Bruins to earn their place in the second round, while Rangers recovered from a 3-1 deficit to top the Penguins.

The home team has won every game in the series, the 22nd time in National Hockey League history that it’s happening heading into Game 7.

Frank Vatrano of the 77th New York Rangers moves the ice beneath the ice while Brady Skagi of the 76th of the Carolinas chases down the hurricanes.
Frank Vatrano and the Rangers will be looking to end Hurricane’s dominance on the ice in Game 7.
