Source: Seahawks WR Metcalf is not in the little camp

Wide star reception DK Metcalfe absent from Seattle SeahawksA source told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler that “a mandatory mini-camp started on Tuesday.

The source said Metcalfe’s absence is not excused, and he is subject to a $93,000 fine over three days.

Metcalfe is looking to extend his contract as he enters the final year of his rookie deal and is recovering from surgery to a foot injury he played for most of last season.

The news of Metcalfe’s absence was first reported by the NFL Network.
